Specializing in Sub-Acute care and Rehabilitation Therapy, Mountain View Congregate Living is nestled in the San Gabriel Mountains overlooking the Angeles National Golf Course. Mountain View Congregate Living is a state licensed 6-bed program dedicated to providing a comfortable step-down from your hospitalization. Mountain View Congregate Living strives to make you feel at home. Many patients often rush their healing and even return home before their bodies are physically ready, which can even lead to complications down the line. Our mission is to provide the most tranquil and relaxing environment during your recovery, which actually allows you to rest peacefully in between treatment and therapy.
Our staff offers a family-like atmosphere while our views are absolutely breathtaking. Our chef provides balanced meals and can accommodate special diets if needed. We urge families to come take a tour of the facility, when considering an aftercare program for your loved one.
